RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication," and is a popular and common way for websites to syndicate their content. Many Christian publishers provide information (such as the Verse of the Day) in an RSS feed. When you subscribe to an RSS feed in QuickVerse 2007, you will receive that content immediately and additional content will arrive without the need to visit the original Website! QuickVerse 2007 allows you to set up an RSS feed and view any/all feed information (text, articles, books, etc) in a QuickVerse View Window just like any QuickVerse Books!

Adding RSS feeds is simple, Right-Click on the "RSS Feeds" entry in the Library and select 'Add RSS Feed." Paste in your favorite RSS or XML feed references (from your preferred browser) and provide a name as follows:

Confirm your entry and select your new RSS Feed in the Library!

You can easily configure your RSS feeds using QuickVerse 2007 Preferences. Change the refresh frequency (how frequently QuickVerse 2007 should read RSS Feeds) and article retention (how long to keep articles in QuickVerse):
